dear doctor,
my husband 33 took a semen analysis test and has 3 million total sperm count and 100% immortile sperm. i'm not sure if the sperm cells are dead or just can swim. is there any treatment to increas sperm count and mortility? if not, is IVF possible with such results.

Based on the cause only, the treatment can be given. test for varicocele, thyroid imbalance and testosterone levels. regular exercise, balanced diet and yoga can help you.
