What Is Normal Sperm Count?

hi, last year my sperm count is 50 and motility is 60%, last week i have checked now sperm count is 25 and motility is 50%. as per doctor suggesion now i have started evion 400 and fertyl-m. These tablets will increase sperm count and motility ? and let me know normal sperm count and motility details. ?

Well come to HCM
The normal average count of sperm would be between 20 million to 4o million per milliliter, the role of vitamin E alone is questionable, instead multivitamin helps some time, the motility is ability of sperm to move or travel and this should be at 60 % motile with equal velocity, hope this information helps, good luck.
