i have had gastic bypass in 2009 an lost 150pounds iham haveing lots of troubleeating eating wha i should an noew i have picked up pepsi for like 2 years now an have put on 40 pounds i am not pround of myself an i always wanted to take pictures of myself now i hid from it an if i even see one i hate who i have become cause i have even had a breast reduction so u would think i would look good but i dont i totaly hate myself an what i have done to my self i fill alot of people are talking an laughing at me cause the last time them seen me i had at least 40 pounds off an once again im always crying an depressed i want to fill good about my self an gain an with all the weight i did loose in ever done any excerise at all an still lost but now im afraid and always thinking im goin to die because of the weight being put back on i started out before Gasic bypass ilost a total of 150 i first started my weight at 350 pounds an went down to 198 an i;m back up to240 plz give me a little advice if thats possible sorry i just knew for some reason i wouldnt get help without sending money thats the story of my life but thats ok i know u all need to get paid that way but unforuly my bad luck so mayb there is other people that need ur help more that me thank u for your time really so that i wasted ur time April

Yeah, that happens. Someone who has no weight problem at all would gain on average a pound a year. This is often more if someone has weight issues. Basically the issues are eating less and exercising more. If someone has a weight problem they do not have any intrinsic regulation of how much to eat to maintain a weight. The wiring is broken and never comes back. The benefit of surgery somewhat decreases after 10 years. There's a lot more advice to give on the topic but it has to be specific.
