Hi. I am a type 2 diabetic and have been prescribed Janumet. At first I experienced, nausea and diahrea for the first few days. I just took my blood sugar before eating dinner and it was 364. It has never been that high before! I am very sleepy, I have dry mouth and excessive thirst. What can I do to lower my blood sugars?
