Suggest Remedy To Lower High ALT, ESR And Monocyte Levels

Greetings sir,I am 32 years. Last 5-6 days I affected by Viral fever and my blood report shows my Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) is 92, ESR is 38 and Monocytes is 18.8. Is there any problem in my health.. Right now i am taking Levofloxacin Sandoz 500mg, Paracetamol 500mg, Xyzal (Levocetirizine 2 HCL) 5mg. Please advice how to reduce this high counting and the problems of this high counting?Thanks in advance.

Looking at your reports and complaints, my opinion is
1. Raised monocyte counts is indicative of viral infection. It will settle to normal levels once your fever comes down.
2. ESR increase occurs with infection/ inflammation. So it takes some time to settle.
3. Increase in enzymes are also related to infective process.
4. Do not bother much about the counts as they are not significant.
