Proper assessment is required to have proper diagnosis and treatment. Please consult a psychologist for psychometric assessment and advise on further treatment methodology.
Yoga, meditation and psychotherapy are proven to assist the recovery procedure. But they cannot cure you if used alone. You must also work with your psychiatrist so that he can help you. Getting anxious about your mental conditions aggrevate symptoms and those meditation methods cnnot help you in that case.
