I have had my implanon removed 2 days ago, because of physical and mental health reasons, I had no problem with the first one, had it for 3yrs got inserted after my second child,had another then removed to have number 3 child and since having the third one in I have felt crazy! Now removed 2 days ago I feel like I'm having withdrawals, hot and cold, sweating, and some abdominal pain.
You can take contraceptive pills for one cycle, if you don’t want to take contraceptive then for hot flushes. Stay away from triggers that may make them more frequent or more severe. Common ones include: Stress Caffeine Alcohol Spicy foods Tight clothing Heat Cigarette smoke
Stay cool. At night, a "chill pillow" filled with water or other cooling material might help. Use fans during the day. Wear lightweight, looser-fitting clothes made with natural fibers such as cotton.
Try deep, slow abdominal breathing (6 to 8 breaths per minute). Practice deep breathing for 15 minutes in the morning, 15 minutes in the evening, and when a hot flash starts.
Exercise daily. Walking, swimming, bicycling, and dancing are all good choices. For abdominal pain use hot fermentation.
