Suggest Remedy To Reduce Swelling In Eyes

My daughter fell and hit her face. Her eye has been swollen shut for 3 days. Took her to doc on day 2. They did a ct scan and there were no fractures. The swelling is not going down. Iced it for the first two days. How do I reduce the swelling? I gave her ibuprofen

Hi,
As CT scan is normal you can wait for another 2 to 3 days and watch for regression of swelling till time keep using cold fomentation with ice and ibuprofen.
If there is increasing pain or it is not resolving after another 3 days better to consult opthalmologist.
