Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain In Lower Spine
I had a spinal fusion done on 12/5/13 on L4/L5 and now I am having more pain that is lower and goes into my legs more. My PCP referred me to a pain clinic and they are going to do spinal injections. I am afraid that I may have to have more surgeries to cure my back. I have been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. What are some ways to help elevate the pain so I can function more freely on a day to day basis?

It may be due to back sprain.
For that you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally.
Heating pads also helps.
Restrict your movements
In case of not getting relief you may require MRI back after spine surgeon consultation
