Suggest Remedy To Remove Wood Splinters Embedded In Chest

I was using a circular saw to cut pressed wood when I felt two pricks on my skin felt like wood splinters went into my chest. Now hives have form and I cannot see the splinters to get them out as they went in under force of saw blade what should i do?
