Suggest Remedy To Stop Addiction To Fast Food And Energy Drink
hi since i have been working night shifts 10-6 in morning i have been drinkin at leaast a ltr of energy drinks a day, i have noticed i have been getting regular nose bleeds and i also mainly eat fast foods as i dont have timefor proper meals due to sleeping throughout the day.what can i do to stop the adiction to fast food and energy drinks.
Include lemon water , coconut water, buttermilk, kokam sharabt in your daily routine or cold milk or milk shakes use these to drink. Instead of junk, eat sprouted bhel, channa murmura bhel, brown bread chutney sandwich so u can relish yummy and healthy food.
