General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Ganesh and welcome.

An allergy to sugar is something I have not heard of, the sneezing could most probably be a reaction to the dust itself. But as you have noticed the sneezing to be present after consumption of sugar, I would recommend an elaborate allergen test to check whether or not sugar is the cause for her presentation. For now, avoid sugar and use antihistamines like cetrizine if at all she experiences this again.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
