Suggest Remedy To Stop Swelling Of Throat And Breathing Difficulty In Smoker
After I smoke my throat swells up and it's difficult to breathe. I'm wheezing all of the time. If I fall asleep shortly after smoking I'll wake up three hours later not being able to breathe. Is there anything besides me stopping smoking that I can do to relieve this? I've been smoking for three years and this just recently started happening. I used to be very active with sports, playing basketball and volleyball 25+ hours a week. Now I only play once a week. Thanks!
I went through your details. The best option is to quit smoking. Your body must have acquired an allergic reaction to smoking or nicotine which is causing this. You may consult a physician for detailed investigation. For now stop smoking and be brave to maintain it.
