Suggest Remedy To Stop Vomiting Sensation When Breathing With Mouth

I have a cold for 3 days now and I think I'm getting better. My fever is gone and I only have sore throat now. My problem is that I'm trying to fall asleep but every time I breath in with my mouth, I have a feeling that I'm going to throw up but I don't.

Hai, u might have been in to an upper respiratory tract infection, with nasal block, tats y ur breathing with ur mouth. U can instill nasal decongestant dros like otrivin, 2 drops in each nostril, pls meet an ent specialist.
