Hi Doctors ,, first i would like to introduce my self . I'm Armin 27 year,, a Biology employee working at the hospital in the molecular virology department . I love the sports especially the running , so when i leave the sports ,, especially running , basketball , tennis etc , my body bones pain me and i had fatigue and some other diseases like in flue ,, i don't know why ,, the public truth is when someone have a rest could be very well not to sick isn't it ?!? but by me the whenever i took long rest more sick ,, my body love sports and i don't have enough time to continue athleticism, cuz i have my work in the hospital and times of my work prevent me put free time for sports ,,, so My question what's can i do 4 that ?? any advices ?? and thanks
You seem to be very unhappy about your busy schedule. That's the chief reason you are falling sick. Long working hours can drain you mentally and physically. Try to squeeze in sometime to go for a jog or walk. Find a partner at your workplace to hangout and live your life. Work is just a part of life. Don't stress too much.
