Hello, You had been treated with Nexpro Rd, after which you got relief. Presently, you are trying to conceive but are experiencing symptoms of GERD and ulcer, your treating gynecologist has prescribed you Pacid DSR but you are not having any relieve from it. Both the medicines, Pacid DSR and Nexpro Rd are unsafe to use during pregnancy. You are suggested to get treated for your ulcer & GERD before you get pregnant. Even before breast feeding this medicine should be completely eliminated from your body. You are advised to switch to homemade boiled food and avoid intake of fried food, spicy food, hot junk food. Take boiled water after cooling. Avoid constipation. For better bowel movement take fiber rich food and adequate amount of water and fluids. You can take laxatives if required.
