Suggest Safe Medication To Cure Rashes On Face

I have rashes on my face for a while now and I use Betnovate N for this. The problem is as long as I use this cream, the rashes appear to be lighter but when I stop using it, the rashes reappear. My skin is sensitive and I don’t want to use more chemicals on it. Is there any solution

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the rash seems to be steroid dependent most likely.

My guidelines to handle this issue

- use fresh fruit face wash only
- do not use commercial fascial kits and lotions
- avoid make up till possible
- avoid exposure to direct or excess sunlight, if required apply emolient
- local application of turmeric paste or aloe vera gel
- consume healthy diet with more of vitamin c containing organic fresh fruits
- supplemental multi vitamins, minerals, anti oxidants with zinc, magnesium
- prescription of doxycycline in some cases help great.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
