hi i have a 3 year old son that has a fever ,,yesterday he barely at anything but the fever started last night 100.8 when he threw up for the first timeand i gave him pediacare 4ml that about 1230am then all night he was drinking juice off and on when i checked his tempature the next morning about 8am his it was 99.7 then i gave him more pediacare around that time ,,then all day hes been sleeping threw the whole day he only drank 6 ounces of milk and hes been drinking juice and gadarade around 4pm today took a stool and it did not come out watery but it was very soft around 830pm i woke him up and took his tempature and it was 102.0 and i gave him more pediacare but hes still laying down what should i do
