Hi,

Udiliv contains ursodeoxycholic acid that is used to treat primary biliary cirrhosis, dissolve certain gallstones and prevent them from forming. But like other medications this medication has some side effects of its own. Side effects of this medication for taking it for a long time are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort or pain, fever, cough, dizziness, indigestion, black or tarry stools, frequent and painful urination, weakness, hair loss, allergic reactions and many more. These side effects are mild and usually go away without any medical treatment. But if these side effects persist for long or bother you then you should consult your doctor first for medical help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
