Suggest Side Effects Of Veltam

As per urologist I have enlarged prostate.up to ten years I took veltam04 without any problem.On occasional check up ,Dr.advised to take veltam plus04.So I have been taking gel.plus since two years.I do not have any problems. PSA is normal.I am worried about side affect of medicine for such a long period.How long should I continue above medicine.pl.advise. Regards

I appreciate your concern towards the safety of Veltam which is used in the treatment of benign prostatic enlargement.
Most commonly occurring side effects include:
Initially for a few days dizziness, faintness, or light headedness when getting up suddenly from a lying or sitting position this is due to fall in BP while changing the posture.
Other side effects include: Abnormal ejaculation, Nasal stuffiness, dizziness, & palpitation.
