Suggest Sleep Medication With History Of Spain Scoliosis And Stenosis
hello my name is chris.i have scholiosis and stenosis in my spine.. I have been taking ambien for about 4 years now because when I lay down the pain is awful and I cant sleep... I am wondering if there is any other sleep aid I can take that will help me to sleep

The Ambien is sedative hypnotic of Zolpidem family. Additional intake of Melatonin (3 mg) would be best helpful and result oriented approach in this instance after discussing thoroughly with your treating doctor.
