Suggest Sleeping Pills To Reduce The Pain Due To Fibromyalgia

Hi there.
I have been officially diagnosed with fms last Dec 2013. The symptoms have been present for over 2 decades. I am age 51 and was prescribed tramadol for the symptoms. I also have a hiatus hernia and gerd. Plus in mid menopause. I figured that if l can sleep longer periods than a 2he stretch then my symptoms might improve. I would like to know what medications are suggested for sleep so l could discuss these when l visit my doctor this week please.

Well come to HCM
Fibromyalgia, GERD these are highly related with some functional elements and most of the time anxiety and depression could be the reason, if you are feeling better after having sleep then this proved here that this is the functional condition only I actually put my patients on benzodiazepine group of drugs if ever come with such symptoms and the drug of choice would be Tab Alprazolam 0.5 mg at bed time, have a nice day.
