I have just been informed that I have a dilated bile duct, probably due to previous surgery (I had gallbladder

It is important to know your symptoms.
If you are asymptomatic then you don't need any further investigations.
Dilated CBD may be due to many reasons like calculus in CBD,recent passage of calculus,distal obstruction etc.
You should continue your treatment for lymphoma.
