You have not mentioned about drug.
For typhus doxycycline or tetracycline can be used.
Take daily bathing.
Cloth cleaned with warm water.
Avoid wearing infested cloth for at least 5 days.
DDT like insecticide can be sprayed in your room.
In thyphus cough can occur.if your breathlessness getting worse then further work up necessary.
Don't worry.
