My concern is weight.My age is 25. my height is 5.7 and weight is 90 kg. My bones are very heavy. since my childhood am very fat. I have tried Ayurvedic medicines, gyming, diets but as soon as i leave them I again start gaining. I gymed for 3 years and loosed 7 kg and i left it for 2 months and i gained back 15 kg. I tried GM diet too, it helps in reducing but leaving make me fat again. Am just fed up of my weight all efforts go on vein and becoz of it my parents have to listen no wherever they try to fix my marriage. Kindly Help me if you can.
I can understand your problem but remember that there are no short cuts to success! Crash diets, weight loss pills/capsules, gymming etc can help to lose weight but the main issue is how can you sustain that weight loss? Right...Weight rebound is very likely to happen when you resort to such methods and you have already experienced it. So, remember that you need to eat healthy and stay active all your life and lifestyle modification is the only way to ensure weight loss in a natural, safe and effective way. Adopt a healthy lifestyle and make efforts to change your eating habits which will take time and persistent effort, but continuous efforts will be well-rewarded. You need to be patient to see tangible results which are slow by this method but more likely to last long enough than quick-fix methods!
