Suggest Specialist To Be Consulted For Blepharoplasty Procedure

Hi, a friend is wanting her upper eyelids done and wondered who might be the best Dr to do this procedure. She would be coming from NZ. I had mine done by Dr Alistair Turner in 1993 - still look amazing, however I believe he s retired now. Thank you, Pam.
