Suggest Stretching Exercises That Help To Reduce Stiffness In Wrist

6 weeks, after de quervain s surgery, my wrist is very stiff. I cannot move it side, to side, cannot move it upward and have very little motion down. This is a worker s comp issue and my OT hasn t been approved yet. What are good stretches I can do to improve movement? Is this normal?
