Okay, I don't know exactly what it is I'm feeling, I just know that it is interfering with my life at the moment and I want to get to the bottom of it.
Some times, a lot more recently than before, I've been getting these weird sensations in my chest or starting in my stomach that quickly work their way
through my body... They kind of feel like chills from the inside, but they feel more like how your hand or leg does right before it falls asleep because you've
been laying on it or something. Some times it gets really bad and causes me to think I'm well 'dying' or something and my mind starts flying all over the place
and I just can't seem to gain control, the more scared I get, the more intense it seems. Before long, I'm shaking uncontrollably, moving my limbs all around and breathing heavely,
don't know why I do it exactly, but I just do. Anyway, as I'm layin' there trying to fight this and fix my mind, I begin to start feeling very nauseated, I'll jump up to try and make it
to the toilet, but by the time I get there, I no longer feel the need to throw up. But in the transition from my bed or floor to the side of the toilet I have become extremely light headed and feel as if I'm going to pass out. Most of the time I just want to pass out because I feel so afraid, but also since I'm so afraid I don't' allow myself to or my body doesn't allow me to, one or the other. - Also, every now and then, my eyes will black out for a second, like one time I was told by a paramedic is when I start feeling like this (they say it's anxiety attacks) so try and gain control, drink some water, run up and down some stairs or something, you'll be fine... Well, I tried the stairs thing and my legs went weak and I had to start moving slower as I was having to use my arms to hold me up at a point. Then I started feeling light headed as I continued to work my way up the stairs... Then I felt as if my left eye was going lazy on me.
--Oh, I forgot to m mention or maybe i didn't, I just don't remember, during these transitions, some times (not all the time) my body really starts to burn up, I start sweating and everything,
even some of the times I feel cold and have to be covered up even though I'm sweating, it's so weird.
