Suggest Suitable Therapy For Anxiety

i just experienced somthing really weird but i dont know what it is

i was here on my laptop and all of a sudden i felt very sick as if im about to vomit and i couldnt breathe properly. my heart felt really weird, i thought i was having a heart attack and then after i felt my fingertips and legs tingling, and now its been ten minutes since it happened and i feel like crying i feel upset. . . what is it? im 18 and i have anxiety, does it have anything to do with that?

First, you should not worry and try to stay calm. The more upset you will be, the more would be your anxiety.
I think the symptoms which you developed in the background of anxiety were most probably a panic attack.
You should consult a psychiatrist for this.
Drugs like paroxetine, escitalopram(prescription drugs) will help you.
