Suggest Supplements To Be Taken Along With Regular Workouts To Remain Healthy
I exercise a few times a week. Walk 2miles a few times a week and do my on yard work, planting and mowing. I have been regular with this routine for almost 6 yrs. I m a 60 yr old female. I feel that I don t recover from exercise class very well I m usually sore to some degree. The class is not the same every week though so I m wondering what foods or supplements might help with this. I also do take 40 ml of lisinopril a day and a niacin to help lower my cholesterol.
Supplements required only for people aiming for body building. For you health supplements not required. Include more fruits and vegetables to your diet.
