Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns
How are your child's social skills? does he communicate with gestures or signs?
If your child is having poor eye contact and is having speech delay then autism must be ruled out for him.
I suggest you get him assessed by a developmental paediatrician who will be able to guide you as for the diagnosis of the child.
Starting sensory integration therapy for your child may help to control his hyperactivity.
I would also suggest you start speech therapy for him.
I hope I have helped you.
Thank you.
