what signs would there be to show if the cervical cancer has spread to other parts of your body? my sister was cured of cervical cancer and next day literally was told she had stage 4 lung cancer and it was in the lymphnodes and a mass in her stomach. she dies 7 weeks later. my roommate was just diagnosed last week with cervical cancer. she swells in areas all over her body, under arm pits, hips, joins, etc. stomach is in major pain with lots of bloating and gas coming up with phlem that she describes as very painful. the gas is coming out A LOT from both ends. diarhea. does this sound like maybe her cancer has spread beyond her cervix already? she is 58 and has never had a pap test until a month ago. thank you.
