when should this pill be taken?what is its effectivety rate?

i'm a male.my wife is 35y.o., 150 cm tall and about 110 lb. and we have 2 daughters aged 2 and 1. we dont want to subscribe to permanent birth control emthods because we intend to have another baby maybe in 5 yrs. can you help us please?

Hi,

She can go for IUD (multi load) insertion with an expiry of 5 years. So that you can have spring of 3-4 years and then plan for next child birth followed by permanent contraception (Tubectomy).
