Suggest Test To Confirm Pregnancy

hi Dr.im 24 years old.last one year me and my husband hope for a baby.im in my right cycle with 28 days and this time i have missed my period.and i feel too much of tired,headache,breast tendeness,feel like fever and nausea .i feel im pregnant and still i didnt get any test.I have late from the period last 2 DAYS ONLY. Dr. which is the best test to take us now?pls. advice us

I read carefully your query and understand it.
The best test to confirm pregnancy at this time is the bHCG in blood, which will tell for sure that if bHCG is present, then you are pregnant.

It is expensive though, and needs some time for the results to come out.
The other best test, which needs to be done at least 1 week after the expected menstrual period, is the urine pregnancy test, which also detects for the bHCG.

Either of them would confirm pregnancy.
