I went to a wolf in clinic today for severe back pain, and when they initially took my blood pressure reading it was 145/87. They did not make any mention of it when I was seen by the doctor. I m 6 foot tall, 250lbs, 24 years old. Is this something to be worried about. I haven t seen a family doctor in over 8 years so I have no idea what it used to be

Suggest Tests For Intense Back Pain
Hello, Most probably it is due to spine related problems like prolapsed disc or nerve compression. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
