Suggest Tests For Intense Back Pain
I went to a wolf in clinic today for severe back pain, and when they initially took my blood pressure reading it was 145/87. They did not make any mention of it when I was seen by the doctor. I m 6 foot tall, 250lbs, 24 years old. Is this something to be worried about. I haven t seen a family doctor in over 8 years so I have no idea what it used to be

Most probably it is due to spine related problems like prolapsed disc or nerve compression.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
