Pregnancy card test depends on the hormonal changes following conception found in the urine. It may be false negative occasionally. Early morning urine sample is the best one for urine pregnancy test.
With history of amenorrhea and negative urine pregnancy test suggests alternative tests to confirm the pregnancy such as Ultrasonogram of the abdomen. Fetal cardiac activity can be detected via ultra sonogram of the abdomen in about 6 weeks of conception. Consult an Obstetrician for physical examination and further evaluation.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
