Suggest Tests To Confirm The Diagnosis Of Gynecomastia
this is regarding gynecomastia. i think i have this problem for 4 / 5 years, being 20 years old right now. i dont have pain except very few times a year it is very embarrassing to go out or to remove tight tshirts. i checked many thing on internet and got pretty much regarding testosterons and estrogen imbalance in puberty.also knew about tamoxifen..... i am desperatly concerned about my health , is it really gynecomastia or cancer....
Here first thing you have to do is consult physician or surgeon for your chest examination and do palpation for any swelling if present and especially prominent Areola if present
If needed than FNAC and USG can be done to rule out gynecomastia
Your detail clinical history, steroid use, drug history, liver problem etc need to be taken to rule out secondary causes
Specific cause if found treated accordingly...
Hence with keeping this in mind consult nearby doc for examination and further work up accordingly
Take care
