Suggest Tests To Detect Colon Cancer

If I have a metastatic 1cm tumour on my liver (CT scan) that's from colon cancer last discovered in 2008 (clear since then), are there any symptoms I might be experiencing? I don't see my specialist for another fortnight. Is it possible the CT scan missed full on cancer in my colon?

Oncologist 's  Response
Since this is a 1cm tumor on liver which is resectable and curable, a PET CT scan is required to see disease anywhere else in the body which a CAT scan may have missed.
Please discuss it with your oncologist.
