Suggest Tests To Detect Ischial Bursitis

I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH ISCHIAL BURSITIS . I HAVE HAD IT FOR 28 YEARS . to be 100% sure before surgery . i can not have a mri because of wearing a nerve stimulator. is there a way of looking at the busa such as a arthrogram or can that be done on the buttocks

After going through your query I concluded that you have probably ischial bursitis. It can be very well diagnosed by MRI. But you are not willing to go for MRI and wants to know alternative investigation. Alternative though unusual can be sonogram of bursa and bursa-gram like arthrogram by injection of dye in bursa.
