Suggest Tests To Diagnose Delay In Conception

Hi my daughter has been having trouble getting pregnant and has been going to fertility specialist...however she is very tired, has a rash off and on, at one time she woke up and her face was drooping, a couple days later it was ok, she was just recently tested for lyme disease, which was negative is there anything she could get tested for or any idea what it could be?
