Suggest Tests To Diagnose Delay In Periods

I am a 21 years old girl. I have not got my periods from the past two months because of gynaecological issues. There is probably a cyst in my ovaries which is causing a huge disturbance in my menstrual cycle. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend this month and took within 25 hours. I am afraid of the possibility of me becoming pregnant please kindly help me by providing relevant information.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the conception can only be possible when the coitus being done at the time of ovulation in presence of ovum and sperm with right amount of specific hormone else conception is not possible, if this is the amenorrhea then better to get done the pregnancy test, although chances of this is very less likely hope this information helps.
