Suggest The Appropriate Time To Take Femilon Tablet
I used femilon tablet for 21 days. I am using it as a birth control pill. Yesterday my tables got finished. But still I didn t get periods. My question is do I wanna use the 2nd pack today or do I wanna use at the 2nd day when ever I get my period again?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Birth control pills needs to be used continuously without any break as mentioned in the schedule, irrespective of weather you get your periods or not. Since you have skipped in between, kindly start it as scheduled at the earliest. It would be advisable for you to use other modes of contraception like condom or spermicidal agents until next periods. Since these are hormonal preparations, some may experience menstrual irregularities in the initial 6 months, which would regularize over a period of time. Seek medical help in case you have any doubts regarding the usage of birth control pills. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
