Suggest The Best Anti Depressant
What is the best Anti-depressant used to help one cope with Chronic Pain neck and Back ? I have used Cymbalta ( Duloxetine ) and Amytriptylline with good results in the past...Any new research in this field ? Ones that cause weight gain are not an option.

New antidepressant that has good response on somatic symptoms is opipramol, but that is not much effective. I think, there is no need to change antidepressant. You are feeling well with that combination and if you try to change it, you could be relapsed. In that case, better to stay on same combination. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
