Is Aventyl An Anti-depressant?
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic Antidepressants are commonly used for chronic pain or pain that may be nerve related. This is the other use of this type of medication. They are used in persons who do not have any history of depression to treat their pain so it is not unusual that your doctor prescribed this for you. Anti seizure medications are also used to treat this type of pain in persons who have no history or seizures or have no risk of having a seizure. I hope this helps
