Dear Dr I asked a question about ED ( Erectile Dysfunction, here I post my conversation as it is Me : Best medicine for erectile dysfunction Dr.Take tab dapoxetine 30 mg 1od at night for fifteen days Take tab paternia xt 1bd for fifteen days Me : Dear Doctor good evening please guide me. dapoxetine 30 mg 1od at night - (one daily at night) my doubt is whether before food or after food? Take tab paternia xt 1bd + take one twice daily) Here my doubt is which is the right time to take this medicine? Shall I take this medicine with previous one? Kindly guide me Dr!

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

Query One : About Tab Paterina XT
It is a antioxidant and adjuvant tablet
Take one tablet after meal for 2 times a day
take these for 15 days.

Query Two : About Tab Dapoxetin 30mg
Take one tablet at night may be before or after the dinner.
make sure that you take it 2-3 hours prior to intended intercourse
Take these for 15 days
Never exceed more than 1 per 24 hours of these tablets as they can lead to complications.
