General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your 52yrs mother with constant fever despite no improvement in paracetamol with normal laboratory findings I will suggest she has pyrexia of unknown origin

In view of this please do the following test
HIV test
Blood culture
Urine culture

Meanwhile please visit the Emergency department with the results for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
