General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The lump in the collarbone can be related to a reactive lymph node due to an infection. Based on the information that you provided in the query, it can be a throat infection.

I suggest seeing an ENT specialist for a physical examination. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation of the lymph node.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
