my kid is 51/2 years she had sudennly fever on 14th june and the temp was high 104.9 and we took the blood &urine test in that blood widal s.thypi "o" positive 1 in 160 diln &s.typhi positive 1 in 40 diln
now she is ok can i send her to school & please tell me the diet to be followed

Typhoid is a disease of intestine so it requires light diet to give less burden on intestine.
now as she recovered, still continue light diet like Dal, Dal water,fruits, rice, milk for few days more.
Avoid giving hard food difficult to digest.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
