Suggest The Feeding Dosage For Lactodex-LBW

i have twins borned after 34 weeks. they were 2.3 and 2 kg respectively now after 3 weeks they are still almost the same doc advised me to feed them with lactodex- LBW but i cannot understand the feeding table given on the tin so kindly help me with the same they are now of 21 days ?

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Feeding rule is very simple and it is different for every baby . Don't go on written instruction . Prepare 60 ml with 2 scoop . If baby is able to finish this amount then next time prepare 90 ml with 3 scoop . In this way you can decide about feeding . Hope I have answered your query . For further questions please contact .
