Suggest The Frequency Of Isovent 200 To Be Taken Vaginally
omy wife is pregnent.she has taken 2 tablets of isovent 200 vaginally...but after about 4 hours she had to pee.. then she took one more tablet vaginally....was it right or not??? for abortion what proceed she should follow?please tell us immediately...

Isovent 200 should be sued for medical termination of pregnancy under the obstetrician advice with proper dose and appropriate route of administration.
It should be use after mifepristone or also alone.
First 800 ug should be put in the vagina by obstetrician. Normally bleeding will start with in 40-50 minutes after the use. If bleeding can not induced then maximum 2 dose after 1st dose should be used.
Dose modification and route can be decide by obstetrician. So report the obstetrician to terminate the pregnancy.
Do not take at home as self medication as it cause high chance of failure and excessive bleeding.
If abortion can not be induced by isovent then it should be terminate by the suction evacuation as it cause developmental deformity in the baby. Post abortion USG can be done to confirm complete process of abortion at the 14th day after starting pill.
